People who suffer from back pain know how difficult it can be to discover the exact problems within their backs. Even more difficult is finding the right treatment. Often chiropractic therapies are effective because their holistic approach in actually handling the spine of a conscious patient. An experienced chiropractor has a sort of sixth sense aided by an enhanced sense of touch and an awareness of pain. Sometimes physical therapists have a similar understanding. However even they cannot know for certain what lies on the inner side of a human spine. Though they palpate, and interpret tension in parts of the back to gain an understanding of the spine, they aren't all knowing.
Unfortunately when chiropractic therapies fail because of bone or disk deterioration, or other severe damage, one is forced to go to an orthopaedic surgeon. Back surgery should always a last resort as treatment for a back ache. Unfortunately with lower back pain it is sometimes the only answer. Only after one has tried every other resource, worn back braces and seen many physical therapists and received spinal decompression therapy from a few different chiropractors should they consider surgery.
A groundbreaking new diagnostic tool enables surgeons to prepare better for a specific surgery. ACRM Corp has brought a whole new dimension to back pain diagnostics and pre surgery evaluation. The new process creates a three dimensional model of a specific patient's spine, based on CT and MRI scans. This enables the surgeon to completely examine and even practice on a working replica of the patient's entire back in a way previously impossible. The procedure is brand new and so many orthopedic surgeons still aren't using it. Eventually it is expected to become the industry standard. Eventually 3D models of each spine will probably be made mandatory before surgery.
The cost of an average 3D model is only a thousand dollars, or about half the price of an MRI scan. Back surgeries often cost over $100,000 dollars. Thus having a 3D model created is quite cost effective as an additional diagnostic tool which will improve the outcome of a costly and dangerous procedure. Patients should request, or at least suggest 3D models to their orthopedic surgeons who may not be aware of this very recent development. 3D models might also be useful to chiropractors and in other non surgical situations as well. This is new technology and there is no way to predict how it may be used in the future.

Recent Movie Review Spotlight: Jackass 3D
Jackass 3D movie review:
Jackass 3D is a 3D film and the third movie in the Jackass series. It follows the same premise as the past movies and the TV series. Although it has received mixed to positive reviews, it's a very funny movie for sure. Jackass 3D is, of course, in 3D which is a phase which has come and gone throughout recent history. Jackass 3D is more hit and miss than the last two films; few of the stunts really fall flat, but some make your sides hurt from laughing so hard (or by making sick) Jackass 3D promises you a dirty, painful time and it delivers across the board.
Johnny Knoxville assembles his insane crew once again. Along with; Bam Margera, Steve-O, Wee Man and the rest of their fearless and funny friends they create yet another round of outrageous pranks and stunts. Johnny Knoxville, once again leads the group as they perform ridiculous tasks that include animals, feces, flying dildos, and, well, more feces.
Although it is difficult to justify the cost of a 3D ticket, come back for a third time, you won't feel ripped-off. It's hard to tell when a Jackass bit will be funny or just make you feel sick.If you have never seen a Jackass movie before, It's really just a bunch of guys doing crazy and disturbing stunts all for the sake of a laugh. It's worth seeing, and if you're into the Jackass series, you'll absolutely LOVE this movie. And for everyone else, it is often hard not to laugh at some of their inventively stupid stunts.
It is one of the most consistently funny installments in the series, a testament to the universal humor to be found in men hitting each other in the groin, face, and butt. So, if "Poo Cocktail Supreme" and "Sweatsuit Cocktail" sound like they might be funny, then you'd better get to the theater soon, because this movie IS for you.

The Predication Of 3D And LED Backlight Television
After six years of the development, the liquid crystal display market is now close to saturation in many advanced countries, such Japan and America. When the wave of machine replacement is coming to the end, the LCD TV needs more new characteristics to attract the customers to change the machine in advance. Both the LED backlight and 3D technology play important roles in this period of time. It is predicated that the permeability of the LED television is eighteen percent, namely 34 million sets. The cost will also decrease in the next year, which stimulates the demand naturally. It is predicated that the permeability of the LED television will reach forty-three percent, and the quantity will be 94 million sets.
Whether the development of LED television will be successful relies on the supply of light guide plate. The capacity of the PMMA is expanding; the yearly growth rate is seventeen percent. The non-PMMA light guide plate has been verified successfully, so the supply will be more adequate than last year. Actually, the unequal distribution is the real problem of the light guide plate. For example, the capacity of the light guide plate is adjusted, because the sales of LED products are not as good as expected recently. The demand of LED will increase in the second quarter of 2011, but the supply can not meet the demand at that time.
The 3D TV is another focal point of this time. It is predicated that the permeability of the 3D television will increase to 8.3% in the next year. The shutter glasses are still the mainstream among the 3D technologies, which takes eighty-one percent of the ratio. The PDP may make a come-back with the popularization of 3D television because of its high update frequency. It will take twenty-eight percent of the 3D shutter glasses. Although the technology is progressing, the 3D television with naked eye is the ultimate purpose.

Samsung UN55C8000 55-Inch 1080p 240 Hz 3D LED HDTV Review - A Review For Serious Buyer!
Samsung has always been a leading innovator when it comes to televisions. From technologically advanced TV sets to simple ones, it has always been at the forefront of the industry. Every time the words high def TV or LCD is mentioned Samsung is the first name that comes to mind. It only goes to show how popular the brand is. To me, it epitomizes crystal clear display.
It has paved the way for its competitors. Check the Samsung UN55C8000 55-Inch 1080p 240 Hz 3D LED HDTV. It has garnered several awards since it was launched. It is actually included in the list of top rated HDTVs in the year 2010. Be forewarned though that just like any other TV it has its good points and bad ones, or should I say areas that still need improvement.
It's sleek design and shiny, elegant black color is something fashionistas will approve of and love. It will easily fit in any room. Your room won't look cluttered or overcrowded after you set it up. More space for your aesthetic pursuits.
The TV's visual performance is above average. The vibrant colors will surely make your screen look alive. Blues are blue, reds are red, and colors are exactly how they look in real life. It's like watching the real thing and not just an image on your screen.
Deep black performance has always been the bane of HDTVs. Sadly this TV is not an exception to that. When this is impaired the dark colors will become brighter and it will affect the overall color contrast. You will surely notice that something is amiss with the display. Designers are yet to find a permanent fix for this. So consumers will just have to put up with this for the meantime.
It has auto dim capacity which unfortunately cannot be disabled. It is a feature which you will just have to live with. This is something that's negligible. I'm sure when you start using the TV you'll barely notice this. As I've mentioned earlier this TV is not yet perfect, there are still some aspects of the design that needs improvement, but to be fair to the designers though they did a pretty good job. Now let's focus our attention back to what's great with this TV.
It supports format that enables you to play high definition shows. This is essential because more and more devices are now veered towards high def. More and more customers are replacing their current TV sets. There will come a time when all networks will broadcast nothing but high def shows. If you still don't have a high def TV set by then that could be a problem.
This TV can convert 2D images to 3D however the image quality is not that good. All you need to do is purchase 3D glasses and 3D players which are available in local stores and you can now complete you 3D experience. More and more movies are also now in 3D. Think Shrek and Avatar. It has a 240Hz refresh rate which lessens blurry images which especially important when you're playing games or when you're viewing fast paced action.
This has two HDMI ports, 2 USB 2.0 ports, one VGA output and one digital audio output. You can connect your digital camera, thumb drives and flash drives. You can also connect the TV to your PC thru the VGA port. Aside from watching your favorite shows you can also music, videos and pictures. You can also use Wi-Fi by connecting thru the Ethernet port, however, you need to use an additional device called a USB dongle and connect it to one of the USB ports to use the Wi-Fi feature.

Sir Charles Dudeman who in 1833 first came up with the idea of presenting slightly different images to the two eyes using a device he called a reflecting mirror stereoscope. He showed that the two images are combined in the brain to produce 3-D depth perception. This was basically the birth of the 3D revolution. In 1935 the first 3D color movie came along. 2009 television stations started airing 3D serials based on the same technology as 3D movies. Now video games utilize 3D TVs as a new way to play games.
